We just learned with sadness about the tragic passing of Mr. Sufyan TAYEH, President of the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG), and his family during an airstrike. IUG has been a member of RMEIM for fifteen years, and its representatives have actively participated in our events. A distinguished physicist, Mr. TAYEH served as the head of the UNESCO Chair in Physics and Astrophysics at IUG since March 2023.
